This is a quality mitt. I had to think for a minute that the intentional tacking of the layers together for about an inch in the middle is for you to grab between your fingers so that it doesn't become a floppy bag.The cloth is thick enough to hold sufficient water for detailed work, but for big transfer of the soapy water and large flat surfaces, you can use a much bulkier mitt with the numerous tentacles as shown. I'm going to try the two handed approach.With a little practice, you might be able to operate the hose nozzle with the mitt for intermediate rinses.
