Used for high quality, name brand, synthetic fill sleeping bag in large, front loading, home washing machine. Worked great.I ride daily as a commuter as many days as I can. NE heat and sweat take their toll on summer riding gear and I need to wash them weekly. My Klim mesh gear is open air and not h20 proof so that isn't an issue but, everything smells like smog sweat and exhaust after 7- 99 degree days. This does clean my gear well and without damage. I still don't know if I'm better off vs laundry detergent for this ridiculous price.I saw this is a YouTube suggestion for my fellow Tree person and I follow the instructions and Wala it actually works pretty good.Just came back from a two-week motorcycle tour and it was hot hot hot out and lots of sweat on everything. Washed up the riding suit and it looks great, haven't checked the water repellency of the gear yet but looks good. Also washed my 30+ year old tent that is holding up very well but after the wash it looks new (hard to convince my wife, and me) that we need a new tent now that it looks so good. Been using this stuff for many years (sure the formula has changed) but sure makes that expensive stuff last and lot longer and still look good, money well spent/saved.For expensive chainsaw pants that have waterproofing, this detergent is a must according to the Arbortec manufacturer. I’m still not sure why but I’m using it anyway. Got other waterproof clothing I use it for too.Cleaned my osprey very well. Be advised it can burn your skin a bit if left on. Least it did for me, as long as you wash off with other soap you should be fine. One container will give you enough to clean your gear 5x if done per instructions. So it's a little pricey but worth it to protect your gear!Excellent wash for high dollar hunting/outdoor clothes. It's expensive, but for good reason. I wouldn't wash my gear with anything else. Great product!Best product to wash backpacksI was a bit worried about using this on my old, well-worn black dog walking raincoat, but, because it was old I thought I'd try it. Anyway, I am very pleased with the cleaner's performance and it made such a difference to my favourite old coat. The instructions are easy to follow, but I do advise you to wash out the drawer first, as it says, so the liquid is the only substance in the machine. Really good product.Bought some time ago for my new regatta coat. My coat attracts the dirt, so this has been used a few times now. Easy to use, and does it's job I would buy this again when needed. Used a few times and still plenty in the bottle, so good value all round. You can wash up to 2 items at a time and it still works well.If you are washing your textile motorcycle clothes I recommend this it is designed for them really brings them up clean and to re waterproof them use the waterproof wash inGreat product, easy to use in the washing machine, make sure all soap is out of your machine draw and feed-pipes before washing in this stuff otherwise it could (most likely will) compromise the delicate laminate of expensive outdoor clothingGreat product but with the very soft water we have in Devon I needed only half of the amount it said to use, I ended up with so many suds I had to stop the machine empty it, wring out the coat and put it back on a short wash without any detergent solution. It would be handy if there was a note on the product regarding super soft water. Outcome is that the coat is super clean and when out in the rain the water was running off in globules just as it should.Overall a very good product.
